Hibiscus Gin Sour: Non-Alcoholic Cocktail
- 2oz Monday gin
- .5oz Fresh Lemon
- .25oz Hibiscus Syrup
- .25oz Eggwhite or Aqua Faba
Add all ingredients to a large cocktail shaker with ice. Shake very hard for 30+ seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with some fresh florals.
For the hibiscus syrup, simmer sugar and water 1:1 in a saucepan until dissolved. Add hibiscus and simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool before using.
