2 oz MONDAY Gin, .75 oz Fresh Lemon, Fresh Peach, Raw Honey, Fever-Tree Smokey Ginger Ale
Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon into a short glass, add 3-4 slices of fresh peach and muddle then fill with ice. Pour Monday Gin, fresh lemon juice, and a bar spoon of raw honey into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds and strain in your short glass. Fill with Fever-Tree Smokey Ginger Ale. Gentle stir. Garnish with lemon twist and fresh bit of peach.
