* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* 1oz Lavendar Simple Syrup
* 1oz Elderflower Tonic

Add Gin, Lemon, and Syrup with some ice to a shaker. Shake that! Strain over view to a cocktail glass. Add 1oz elderflower tonic and top with quality soda water (we love @fevertree_usa for both). Checkout @whiteoaklavender for the simple syrup.

United StatesAs someone who is new to alcohol alternatives I did not know what to expect! I received my order two weeks ago and already need to order another one. I added the mixers and a little grapefruit. It was also delicious with pomegranate sparkling water and Pom juice. Had my friends try it and they drank it right down. Amazed at the taste. I’m just so glad that I have an alternative to enjoy the holidays with while I make the (pretty challenging!) decision to stop drinking.
