* 2oz Monday Mezcal
* .75oz RAFT Pineapple Tamarind
* .5oz Fresh Lime
* 2-3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Combine mezcal, pineapple syrup, lime juice, and sliced jalapeno (more or less slices to desired spice level) to a shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly. Pour into short glass with ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge and Tajin rim

While I wouldn’t drink it straight, when used for a cocktail/mixed drink Mondays Mezcal is a hit. Has the Smokey mezcal taste you look for and finishes with just the slightest bite. I’ll order another bottle.
United StatesOkay, I like the Monday Mezcal, but I am not a fan of spicy stuff. The Bittermilk has chilis in it and I was like, how much will I be able to taste them? The answer is A LOT! So if you like spice and some heat, you should love this.

United StatesI’ve never had a pretend liquor before. I’ve had non-alcohol beverages intended for mocktails and as stand-ins for alcoholic beverages, but never a pretend version of a real liquor. I don’t know how or why, but this 100% works as a fun, complex, very tasty cocktail-like experience. The kit was awesome because it gave me the cocktail making experience I like, AND the result was delicious. Highly recommend, will be trying the other kits soon!
