Flavor Profile
The nose is bold and juniper forward in classic London Dry fashion. On the palate, strong juniper throughout is accompanied by notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit with a hint of coriander. Finishes long with complexity and heat that develops over time.

* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* 1oz Lavendar Simple Syrup
* 1oz Elderflower Tonic

Add Gin, Lemon, and Syrup with some ice to a shaker. Shake that! Strain over view to a cocktail glass. Add 1oz elderflower tonic and top with quality soda water (we love @fevertree_usa for both). Checkout @whiteoaklavender for the simple syrup.

We have been experimenting in the NA spirit world over the past 6 weeks. MONDAY Gin is FAR AND AWAY the BEST we have had! Flavor is spot on. Makes fabulous G&Ts, Bloody Marys, along with other mixers (Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit is a favorite!) We will be trying the other Monday “flavors” next. Order and delivery was remarkably fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
