* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* .75oz Honey Simple Syrup**

Combine Monday Mezcal, lemon, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your favorite glass. Garnish with honey comb and charred lemon wheel.
**To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water to a small saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Let cool before use.

I very much enjoy the flavor, taste of Mezcal. I think the aroma is fine, but I never thought about aroma as I mix it with Margaretta Mix for a very satisfying taste.

I’m a big fan of the gin alt. The mezcal was a new try for me and I like it quite a lot! Nice to change it up and it does have a certain “burn” to it. I like the smoky flavor and with some ginger and a bunch of lime it’s a great taste. Hard to beat the Monday gin, but it’s a nice change.

I’ve never really been a mezcal drinker but I tried Monday’s for dry January and I love it! I haven’t tried the margarita yet but make Mocktail Mules several days a week (fevertree light ginger beer, lime, mezcal)
