* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* .75oz Honey Simple Syrup**

Combine Monday Mezcal, lemon, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your favorite glass. Garnish with honey comb and charred lemon wheel.
**To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water to a small saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Let cool before use.

I shipped the Mezcal Margarita to my cousin's place to share with him and his wife. We measured according to the recipe and shook up in a to-go coffee cup. Came out perfectly. Remember to use the salt on the rim before adding ice and cut the fruit in half to have for more drinks. I plan to order one of these kits for me at my home.

I have been intrigued by non-alcoholic spirits lately and while I haven’t tried too many of them yet, Monday has blown me away so far!! Even my fiancé was shocked when he took a whiff of the Whiskey and asked if I was sure there wasn’t any alcohol. It makes a great whiskey sour and old-fashioned! I've never had mezcal before but I really enjoy this n/a version in a margarita! Very delicious!!

I love these kits, they really add to the experience of having a “proper” beverage without the booze. Personally I would have liked less sweet, more bite, but it was a pleasant drink.
