Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Ingredients: 

• 2oz Mezcal
• Bar spoon of agave nectar
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Fresh orange

Directions: 

Combine Monday Mezcal, agave syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into your favorite short glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with twist of fresh orange. Pro tip - flame torch the orange peel.
