Santa’s Helper

Ingredients

  • 1oz Monday Gin
  • .5oz Elderflower Cordial
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime
  • 4oz Sparkling Brut
  • Cranberry & Rosemary

Instructions

Add Monday, Elderflower Cordial and lime to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake till cold. Strain in a chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling brut and garnish with cranberry and sprig of rosemary.
