 2oz MONDAY Gin
* 1oz Blueberry Basil Kombucha
* .75oz Cinnamon Syrup
* .5oz Lemon 🍋 * 2 Drops Ginger Bitters —
Combine all ingredients plus two opal basil leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake for 30sec, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with two opal basil leaves and dash of cinnamon. —
For cinnamon syrup, boil 8oz water in sauce pan with 3 cinnamon sticks until water is reduced by half. Add 1 cup sugar and simmer till dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool before using. 👌
