Whiskey Rose & Rye

Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Monday Whiskey
- .75oz. Rose Simple Syrup
- .5oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Instructions:
For the rose simple syrup: In a 1-qt. saucepan, stir the sugar with 1⁄3 cup water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in 2 drops of rose extract. Let cool before using.
