Flavor Profile
The nose is bold and juniper forward in classic London Dry fashion. On the palate, strong juniper throughout is accompanied by notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit with a hint of coriander. Finishes long with complexity and heat that develops over time.

* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* 1oz Lavendar Simple Syrup
* 1oz Elderflower Tonic

Add Gin, Lemon, and Syrup with some ice to a shaker. Shake that! Strain over view to a cocktail glass. Add 1oz elderflower tonic and top with quality soda water (we love @fevertree_usa for both). Checkout @whiteoaklavender for the simple syrup.

I am sorry. I really hoped to be able to replace my real gin, and although this smells almost exactly like real gin, the taste is, I’m sorry, not really very good at all. I had to discard it.

I like that the flavor in this really comes through in any mocktail. It has a stronger pine flavor and smell than juniper. It does have some citrus undertones. I’ve been enjoying gin and tonics with this. It as a tangy after taste. It makes me want to go back for more without out guzzling the drink.
