Drink Monday Inc. complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of hemp-derived products. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, our products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight and are derived from federally legal industrial hemp.

However, some U.S. states and local jurisdictions have enacted laws restricting or prohibiting the shipment or possession of hemp-derived products, including those containing cannabinoids such as Delta-9 THC and others.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older;
• You are purchasing the product for personal use only;
• You are responsible for complying with your local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products in your area.

Drink Monday Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the product may not be lawfully shipped.
